Where can I get more product information or advice?
What is the right metal and finish to use for my project?
Meshstore has products listed in a range of metals and finishes. The right one for you will depend on its function and what environment it will be in e.g. will it be outside, does it need to withstand heavy wear and tear? Your local branch may be able to offer some advice however you will need to make the ultimate decision what is right for you.
Where can I find load table or other technical data on the products?
When I buy woven wire from the roll will it be flattened?
Some products such as wire mesh are sold by the metre. These are cut to length from a large roll and will normally still have their curled shape when delivered to you. Please understand that this is the nature of the product and that if you need it flat you will need to do this yourself (it’s normally easy to do).
Can you cut my mesh sheet to size for me?
Cutting is currently not a service offered by Meshstore and all products can only be supplied as complete sheets. Contact your local branch to discuss other options, such as custom manufacturing, if specific sizes are required.
Where can I find the weight and dimensions of the products?
Product weights, dimensions and other common features are listed on the product pages of the store. Once you have selected any product options you can click in the specifications tab to see the details.
I want my products painted*, can you do this for me? (*powdercoated, anodised, galvanised etc.)
We don’t offer this service on Meshstore however we may be able to arrange it for you as a custom job. Contact your local branch for details.
What happens if I order an item that is showing zero stock?
All items listed on Meshstore are standard items, stocked at most branches. If an item is showing as zero stock at your local branch you still have the option to order the item but an extended lead time (typically 14 days) will apply. Contact your branch for specific information.
What time can I collect my stuff? What are your business hours?
Can I arrange my own transport or courier to pick up my order?
Yes, this is often possible but some restrictions may apply so contact your local branch to discuss it first.
Can I collect my order using my normal car?
Maybe, but It depends what you are buying! Many products we sell are large metal sheets with sharp edges and are therefore not suitable for transporting in a car or on a standard car roof rack. Please check our vehicle guidelines. If you are in any doubt then please arrange an alternative vehicle or let us deliver your order for you.
How much does delivery cost?
If you choose to have your order delivered, Meshstore will add a freight charge to your basket so will be visible during checkout. More details on the Delivery page.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary, depending on the address. If your delivery is time sensitive, please contact your branch to discuss specifics.
